To protect buyers and ensure reliability, Bookle requires all sellers to ship orders within 5 business days and to stay in contact with buyers and Bookle Admin.
If a seller does not ship on time, does not communicate, and does not respond to Bookle admin reminders, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed immediately. Once this happens, the process cannot be reversed.
If you send a parcel after cancellation, Bookle cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or financial implications.
