How delivery works, from checkout to your door.
Books purchased on Bookle are delivered via The Courier Guy’s locker system (formerly known as PUDO), our primary courier partner.
Delivery timeframes
- Seller handling time:
Most Bookle sellers dispatch orders within 5 business days. As sellers operate independently, handling times may vary and are listed in each store’s Terms & Conditions.Once dropped at a locker location, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days.
Courier delivery time:
Estimated total delivery time: 3–9 business days.
What to do at checkout
At checkout, simply:
Enter your preferred locker location in the provided field
If that locker is unavailable, the nearest suitable locker will be used
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched:
The seller uploads the tracking number
You can track your parcel directly using that number
Bookle Admin will also monitor delivery progress if needed
Seller responsibilities
Bookle sellers are expected to:
Book a locker promptly after receiving an order
Dispatch orders within their stated handling time
Inform buyers directly if delays occur
Upload the tracking number once dispatched
These requirements help ensure a reliable buying experience across the platform.
If something goes wrong
