Deliveries of books purchased on Bookle are exclusively managed by PUDO as the designated courier.

Handling and Shipping Time:
We encourage our Bookle Stores to keep handling time to a minimum, ideally no longer than 7 days. Once your seller drops off the package at PUDO’s lockers, it will take 1-4 business days for delivery. As sellers operate independently, processing times may vary. You may wish to check a specific store’s Terms and Conditions for an indication of their handling time.

Seller Responsibilities:
Upon receiving an order, sellers are responsible for logging the book(s) with PUDO and ensuring they are dispatched to the buyer promptly. If the suggested 7-day handling time is not feasible, sellers should communicate with the buyer and specify the expected timeframe in their store’s Terms and Conditions tab. Sellers should also provide buyers with the tracking number so they can monitor the progress of their order.

Delivery Management:
While Bookle endorses PUDO as the preferred courier, please note that we do not have direct control over delivery timeframes to specific addresses or lockers, as PUDO services are outsourced.

Preferred Locker Location:
During checkout, please add your preferred PUDO locker location in the provided block. If your chosen locker is unavailable, the nearest locker to your address will be selected.
