We strongly advise against listing the same books on multiple platforms, unless you have reliable stock management in place.
If a book sells on Bookle but was already sold elsewhere, the seller must contact the buyer to offer a replacement. If the buyer prefers a refund, request cancellation via Bookle Admin.
Bookle still pays transaction and escrow fees on cancelled orders, so sellers may be asked to reimburse lost commission for preventable cancellations.
Repeated issues or non-cooperation may lead to account suspension or store removal.
