- All deliveries for books purchased on Bookle are handled exclusively by The Courier Guy Pudo, our designated courier partner.
- Once an order is placed, sellers are responsible for booking the shipment with Pudo and ensuring that the parcel is dispatched promptly. Bookle allows a handling time of up to 5 business days. If you anticipate any delays, let the buyer know directly. Please also reflect your standard dispatch timeframe in the Terms and Conditions tab of your vendor store.
- Sellers are required to log the Pudo tracking number in the system and ensure it is shared with the buyer. This allows both the buyer and Bookle Admin to monitor the delivery progress. Failure to log the tracking number will delay the buyer protection process and result in a later payment release than would otherwise have been possible.
- During checkout, buyers are required to enter their preferred Pudo locker location. If the chosen locker is unavailable, the parcel may be sent to the nearest available locker based on the buyer’s address.
- Pudo offers two delivery options: Locker-to-Locker and Locker-to-Door. Sellers are responsible for checking the order details to confirm the buyer’s selected delivery method.
