This daily reader contains inspirational quotations from Overeaters Anonymous (OA) literature and the experience, strength, and hope of OA members.
Over eight hundred personal expressions of experience, strength, and hope were received, and 366 were chosen by fellow OA members for inclusion in this daily reader. The quotations come from such Conference- and Board-approved literature as ‘The Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous, For Today, Abstinence, The Tools of Recovery, and Beyond Our Wildest Dreams.’
