As Smith barely escapes with his life, he uncovers a terrifying reality: a mysterious, fast-acting virus with a 100% fatality rate is striking down key government officials worldwide. With tensions escalating and Russia’s authoritarian president, Victor Dudarev, growing more aggressive, Smith and Covert-One must track the source of the outbreak before it spirals into a global catastrophe.
