Description
Grandpa’s Great Escape is a children’s humour novel about Jack and his beloved grandfather, who was once a Spitfire fighter pilot during the Second World War. Although Grandpa’s habits are becoming increasingly eccentric and he sometimes forgets Jack’s name, Jack remains devoted to him.
When Grandpa begins to believe he is back in the war, he is sent to an old people’s home run by the terrifying Matron Swine. Determined to get his grandfather out, Jack sets about planning a daring escape.
