Description
Tick Tock by James Patterson and Michael Ledwidge is the fourth book in the Michael Bennett series, combining police investigation, explosive threats and personal danger. When a bomb is discovered in one of New York’s busiest locations before it can detonate, Detective Michael Bennett is called away from a seaside holiday with his ten adopted children and their nanny, Mary Catherine.
Bennett joins forces with former FBI colleague Emily Parker as another horrifying crime reveals that the first bomb was only a warning. As he works to uncover the killer’s pattern and stop a devastating plan, his growing attraction to Emily complicates his relationship with Mary Catherine, while his own family becomes vulnerable to attack.
A good choice for readers who enjoy fast-paced crime thrillers, police investigations, serial killers, high-stakes plots and James Patterson’s Michael Bennett series.
