Description
Dear John is a romantic novel about John, a young man who has spent much of his life as an angry rebel before enlisting in the army without knowing what else to do with his future. When he meets Savannah, he begins to rethink his choices and wants to build a different life with the woman who has captured his heart.
Their plans change after the events of 9/11 lead John to re-enlist and fulfil what he believes is his duty to his country. With John away and the separation growing longer, the young couple must face the strain of distance and ask whether their relationship can survive it.
