Each judgement is introduced by a summary of facts. This is followed by relevant extracts from the judgement. The extracts are fairly comprehensive to provide students with the opportunity to develop their skills in reading and interpreting court decisions. Each extract is followed by a note. The note refers in the first instance to important sources containing references to and discussions of the relevant case. Secondly, the most important aspects of the relevant case are briefly summarised.
