Artistic Licence by Katie Fforde is a contemporary romantic comedy set between Provence and Ireland.
The story follows Thea, a woman overwhelmed by her responsibilities at home, who escapes on an art appreciation holiday. There she meets Rory, a younger artist whose charm and creativity quickly disrupt her carefully ordered life. As personal and family complications follow her abroad, Thea becomes entangled in unexpected relationships, artistic ambitions and emotional uncertainty.
