1.1. Bookle is an online platform for selling second-hand books in South Africa.

1.2. The Bennie’s Book Hub store operates as an independent seller on the Bookle platform and does not facilitate direct online purchases on this platform.

1.3. By using our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

1.4. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Bookle platform.

2. Selling Your Books

2.1. If you wish to sell your second-hand books through Bennie’s Book Hub, please contact us directly at bitemagic@hotmail.com. 2.2. Provide a detailed list of the books you wish to sell, including:

• Title
• Author
• Condition
• Your asking price

2.3. We will review your submission and respond with a decision or counteroffer within 7 business days.

3. Delivery

3.1. All deliveries are facilitated through Pudo services, which are available nationwide in South Africa.

3.2. Delivery fees will be communicated during the order confirmation process and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3.3. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared via email or Whatsapp

3.4. Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delays caused by Pudo or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

3.5. Ensure the delivery information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3.6. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the parcel to the Pudo locker.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Returns are not applicable unless agreed upon under specific circumstances, such as receiving incorrect items.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. By purchasing from Bennie’s Book Hub, you agree to use our products for lawful purposes only.

5.2. You are responsible for reviewing the condition and description of books before confirming your purchase.

6.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Bookle platform or our store.
