Books purchased on Bookle are delivered via The Courier Guy’s PUDO locker system, our primary third-party courier.
(One vendor exclusively uses Pep Paxi instead.)

Handling and Shipping Time:
We encourage our Bookle Stores to keep handling time to a minimum, ideally no longer than 5 business days. Once your vendor drops off the package at PUDO’s lockers, delivery will usually take 1-4 business days. As vendors operate independently, processing times may vary. You may wish to check a specific Bookle Store’s Terms and Conditions for their handling time.

Vendor Responsibilities:
Vendors must book a PUDO locker as soon as they receive an order and dispatch the package promptly. If they are unable to meet the recommended 5-business-day handling window, they are expected to inform the buyer directly. Vendors should clearly state their standard handling time in their store’s Terms and Conditions. Once dispatched, the PUDO tracking number must be logged in our system so both the buyer and Bookle Admin can track the delivery.

Delivery Management:
While Bookle endorses PUDO as the preferred courier, please note we do not control delivery timeframes to specific addresses or lockers, as PUDO’s services are outsourced.

Preferred Locker Location:
At Checkout, please add your preferred PUDO locker location in the provided text field. If your chosen locker is unavailable, the nearest locker to your address will be selected.

You can track your parcel by entering the tracking number provided by the vendor.

Communication Issues:
If you experience a lack of communication from a vendor, don’t hesitate to contact us. Just to let you know, obtaining information from vendors may take some time, potentially resulting in delays.
