Description
“Utmost Fish” was the code used by Churchill as first Lord of the Admiralty to indicate the urgent action. In early 1915 and the words were scribbled on a project to transport overland, through the Belgian Congo, two motorboats to Lake Tanganyika in order to destroy German vessels controlling the lake and Central Africa. Using this basis of history, the author has written a tense and gripping story.
