The sequence of the cases follows, to a large extent, the Unisa Study Guide on the Law of Succession. As far as the extras are concerned, we would rather give to much than to little. The extracts in this book were reprinted from the South African Law Reports and other series. Decisions up to and including the April 1988 edition of the South African Law Reports have been considered for inclusion.
