Order & Delivery Steps
- All your orders can be viewed when you visit the vendor dashboard.
- Once you have a new order, you will receive an email containing all the necessary order details.
- The order status should show as “Processing”.
- Click on the order number to open the order. On the right-hand side, you should see a notification from TradeSafe confirming payment from the buyer.
- Dispatch the package via PUDO as per the buyer’s order. Click here to find out how How Pudo works. And click here for Pudo’s sizes and prices. Our prices accommodate the Medium-sized lockers.
- Click the green “Tracking Number” button, fill in the required fields, including the following Pudo tracking link in the “Shipping Provider Name / URL” field: https://customer.pudo.co.za/track, and select “Add Tracking Details” to send the tracking number to the buyer via automated email.
- When PUDO notifies you that the package is collected / received by the buyer, update the order status to “Delivered”. To do so, open the order, under Order Status select Delivered and then click Update.
- The buyer has a 24-hour window to accept or decline the book(s). If they accept, TradeSafe will release the funds. Should they not respond within 24 hours, TradeSafe will also release the funds. If they decline, both the seller and buyer must negotiate further. For additional information on this process, please click here.
- Once the buyer accepts the book(s), the status will change automatically to “Completed”. You will also receive an e-mail confirming the completion of the order.
Order status
- Pending: The order is being processed and awaiting payment.
- Processing: Payment received, and the order can be prepared & shipped.
- Delivered: Pudo has delivered the book(s).
- Completed: The buyer has received the goods. If the buyer declines the goods. The status will be changed back to processed.
Cancelling orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at hello@bookle.co.za, including the reason for the cancellation. Please do not cancel orders without first requesting us to do so. Vendors abusing this process or engaging in any other form of abuse of the Bookle website may face account suspension.
Pudo
- Deliveries of books purchased on Bookle are exclusively managed by PUDO as the designated courier.
- Upon receiving an order, sellers are responsible for logging the book(s) with PUDO and ensuring they are dispatched to the buyer promptly. If the suggested 7-day handling time is not feasible, sellers should communicate with the buyer and specify the expected timeframe in their store’s Terms and Conditions tab. Sellers should also provide buyers with the tracking number so they can monitor the progress of their order.
- During checkout, buyers must add their preferred PUDO locker location in the provided block. If the chosen locker is unavailable, the nearest locker to the buyer’s address will be selected. After the buyer places their order, you, the seller, will receive a new customer order email containing the locker location. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk/promotion folder.
- Please note: PUDO offers two delivery options: Locker-to-Locker and Locker-to-Door.
